The Bulgarian Movement for Rights and Freedoms (Dvizhenie za prava i svobodi, DPS) is a political party in Bulgaria that primarily represents the interests of the Turkish minority in the country, although it positions itself as a center-right, liberal party open to all citizens regardless of ethnicity.
